All products sold on ThailandPharmacy.net e-shop are only original and new products supplied by a licenced Thai pharmacy. The authenticity and originality of all products are guaranteed!
Prices on ThailandPharmacy.net are displayed and charged in EUR currency by default. Accounting currency for payment processing is also EUR, in which your order will be checked out. Exchange rate between EUR and your local currency will be used according to your bank.
ThailandPharmacy.net offers to buyers payment via 5 different payment methods:
- Bank transfer – you can make your payment directly into our EU bank account. Bank transfer to either bank account in European Union or bank account in Thailand
- UK Bank transfer – bank transfer to our British bank account – GBP or EUR payment within UK. Free of charge and matter of few hours to receive it if you reside in the UK.
- Bitcoin – quick online payment with Bitcoin to our Bitcoin wallet, special discount of 5%
- CoinPayments – pay online with Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Dash (DASH), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), Ripple (XRP), Tron (TRX), Neo (NEO), Dogecoin (DOGE), Namecoin (NMC), Peercoin (PPC), CPS Coin (CPS), BNB Coin (BNB), Vertcoin (VTC), Verge (XVG), ZCash (ZEC), PIVX (PIVX), Waves (WAVES), Horizen (ZEN) and USD/C (USDC) via CoinPayments, special discount of 5%

All eventual transactions with credit or debit cards are processed by 3rd party payment gateways which are controlled and audited by government agencies. ThailandPharmacy.Net as merchant does not record or store any informations about credit or debit cards in its system and software.
ThailandPharmacy.net highly values long term and returning customers. Therefore ThailandPharmacy.net provides its registered regular customers reward points, which can be later used as partial payment for any future orders (in a way of discount deducted from the total amount of the order). Reward points has got following simple conditions:
- customer must be registered and logged in, to be able to receive or spent reward points
- customer receives 1 point for every 1 EUR spent on ThailandPharmacy.net
- customer will receive discount of 5 cents (0.05 EUR) for every 1 point (Example: 100 points = discount of 5 EUR)
- each reward point is valid for 365 days
- customer will receive reminder email 30 days before expiry of specific points
- amount of reward points and its history can be seen at My account Dashboard
- if there are reward points on the account, customer is offered respective discount in exchange for reward points in cart and also at the checkout
- customer can choose how many points should be spent for any specific order
- reward point’s value is then deducted from the total value of the order as discount
- reward points can not be exchanged for cash and can be only used on ThailandPharmacy.net store
All transactions on ThailandPharmacy.net are 100% secure. We use encrypted and secured protocol HTTPS, using SSL certificate RapidSSL from GeoTrust. All data exchanged between our servers and your computer are encrypted and nobody else is able to read or steal the data for further use. No customer details are shared with any 3rd parties. All payment transactions are processed outside of our servers by secured systems of the payment gateway and the bank system which are all regulated by the national bank. Any of the buyers account details or credit card details are kept secret by payment gateway. All payments must be initiated and done by buyer only. We have no possibility to charge the buyer’s account or credit card later.
All orders are shipped within 1 – 2 working days after the payment is received, to postal address of buyer mentioned in the order. Shipments are shipped from Thailand directly to buyer to all countries worldwide. The buyer / recipient is responsible for providing us the full and correct postal address. We are not responsible for any additional costs for shipments, which will be not delivered because of wrong or uncomplete delivery address.
WAY OF SHIPPING
All orders are packed in corresponding packaging and shipped as airmail registered package via Thailand Post.
PACKAGE TRACK & TRACE
After package is shipped via Thailand Post, buyer will get shipment tracking number via email. Buyer can track & trace the package and its delivery on-line in our track & trace application here or directly on the website of Thailand Post here. Online track & trace is also available as 17TRACK smart phone application for Android, iOS a Windows Phone, which is highly recommended. Links to 17TRACK smart phone application are available at the footer of this site.
TIME OF DELIVERY
Delivery time usualy takes about 15 days from date of shipping but should not take longer then 20 working days. If you will not get your order delivered within of 20 working days, it is highly recommended to contact your local post office with the shipment number provided in the “order shipped” confirmation and ask for status and delivery of the shipment. In case that your local post office will have no information about your shipment, please contact us back as soon as possible and we will issue an official claim with Thailand Post.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS
All shipments are well packed in a new and reliable packaging. Packaging costs are included in the product price. Postal shipping rates are based on weight tarriff of Thailand Post and are calculated at the checkout according to the total weight of order. Some of the products are eligible for shipping free of charge and such products are marked “free shipping” accordingly.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Buyer is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The buyer / recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance are responsibility of the buyer / recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; buyer should contact local customs office for more information in case of any questions regarding customs regulations. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates and we are not responsible for such delays or additional costs caused by such situation. In case of confiscation of the shipment with the order by customs office or other local authorities at the recipient’s country, we are not responsible for such confiscations, free replacements or any costs. Such case is full responsibility of buyer / recipient because such situation is beyond our control or influence.
DELIVERY, TAKE-OVER OF ORDER – SHIPMENT
The buyer / consignee of the goods is obligated to accept / take-over the shipment / package with the order from a third party hired by seller / shipper – the local postal service. In the event that the buyer / consignee is not present at the time of delivery of order, the post office leaves the buyer with the notice of shipment. The shipment is usually stored at the delivery post office for a period of 14 – 30 days if postal notification not specifies otherwise. In the event that an order / package is not taken over or claimed at the post office by buyer / recipient, post office ships the order / package back to the seller / shipper. In such case of non-acceptance of the order / package, the seller / shipper is entitled to charge the buyer to pay a cancellation fee of EUR 15, unless the seller and buyer agree otherwise. The cancellation fee is then deducted from the total amount of the order together with shipping costs as the costs of fulfillment of the obligations arising from the binding order of the buyer. The remaining part of the purchase price is then returned to the buyer, the next day after the shipment with the order is returned back to the seller at the latest.

ELECTRONIC BOOKS, MEDIA AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Electronic books, media and digital products purchased in the shop ThailandPharmacy.net are distributed electronicaly only. After payment is received by the store, buyer will get the download link for the electronic product via email. Also there is download link activated at the “My Account” of each customer at the same time for any future downloads.
