Disruption of postal services from Thailand and shipping information

coronavirus

Dear customers,

Thailand and many other countries around the world are currently facing severe international airfreight disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic and strict government meassures.

Thailand declared a state of emergency and closed its borders. As a result, airlines had to cancel their flights to and from Thailand and there are currently no regular commercial flights between Thailand and the world.

The situation is similar in many other countries. The Universal Postal Union (current news of UPU to the situation are here), which is the global postal network, is delivering daily messages of countries stopping acceptance of the postal shipments.

Thailand Post, through which we ship all shipments, has stopped accepting all international export shipments from Thailand and as a result, we have no possibility to ship any orders at the moment. We had to change all products to pre-order mode for transparency reasons.

You can still make your orders and payments in our store without any problems. Your orders for products will be processed, packed and put on hold for shipping. All packed orders will then be waiting for Thailand Post to start accepting the international packages again and shipped.

All orders will be shipped and delivered once Thailand Post will renew their service again and all customers will be individually notified by email.

At the same time, we are still looking for other possible alternatives and have a dialog with Thailand Post, so that we can send shipments from Thailand as soon as possible.

Your support and orders are vital for our store to continue operation and to get over this very difficult time!

If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact form here.

Thank you for your understanding and support!!!
